  Sears Home Services is a home services retailer dedicated to providing its customers quality products and exceptional service in the delivery of home maintenance, repair, renovation and home decor solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated professional decorator to join our team!

  This position is primarily responsible for applying professional selling techniques to ensure customers' complete satisfaction with their buying experience. This includes:
  
  •Providing selling consultations on various home-improvement solutions and decor,
  Providing customer service and assistance by responding to inquiries, complaints and handling returns or adjustments;
  
  • Demonstrating and providing instructions on merchandise use and general product knowledge;
  
  • Following corporate guidelines for prospecting and follow-up;
  
  • Selling related agreements/services (e.g., maintenance agreements, installation, etc.);
  
  • Performing merchandise responsibilities for display floors, including support for housekeeping, signage and promotional setups, in accordance with corporate standards;
  
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
  
  
  Success in this role calls for good customer service and selling skills and organizational and follow-up skills. The ideal job candidate will also have experience in a Decorator/Sales role.
