For your convenience, we have an MTO kiosk located on the lower level at the food court at the bottom of the escalators.

Transit Ticket Sales
Guest Services is an outlet for both LTC Tickets and Monthly Passes for the City of London bus service. We sell transit tickets and we can renew your monthly passes for you. We also offer route schedules for all routes coming to Masonville Place. Please note that we can only renew a monthly pass if you already have LTC photo identification.
Club M Mall Walking Program

Community Booth Bookings
The Masonville Place Community Booth is available to charitable organizations on a first-come, first-served basis subject to approval.
