  In this role you will oversee day to day responsibilities for store operations. You will work closely with the district Manager to maximize sales as well as other cross-functional partners (merchandising, store operations, and human resources). You will have overall accountability for customer service and the sales team.
  
  Requirements
  
  - A sales driven individual who has passion for the retail industry
  - Ability to promote the Jean Machine brand within the communities in which we operate
  - A catalyst leader which is able to clearly convey information and ideas in a manner that engages the audience and helps the individual or team understand the message
  - Proven experience within retail management
  - Motivated to build and grow a successful team from within as well as actively recruit sales driven individuals to continuously improve the business
  - Responsible for store budgets and maximization of the sales and compliance with company policies and procedures
  - Committed to supporting staff through effective coaching to help them strengthen knowledge needed to accomplish goals
  - Able to prioritize, plan and organize courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently
  - Excellent time management skills
  
  Experience
  
  3-5 years of retail fashion management experience
  
  Education
  
  College Diploma or University preferred. Specialization in Retail Management or Fashion Merchandising/Design is an asset.

  - Ability to execute visual merchandising strategies
  - Ability to follow directives and read detailed reports
  - Committed to supporting staff through effective coaching to help team strengthen knowledge needed to accomplish goals
  - Able to prioritize, plan and organize courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently
  
  Experience
  
  3-5 years of supervisory experience in clothing retail
  
  Education
  
  College Diploma or University preferred. Specialization in Retail Management or Fashion Merchandising/Design is an asset.
